Initial Intake Session
$175
(60 minutes)
Individual Therapy Session
$150
(50 minutes)
Shorter sessions may be available when clinically appropriate.
Payment is collected at the time of service.
Insurance
Aligned Counseling Services is currently in the process of credentialing with insurance companies.
At this time, clients will pay for sessions at the time of their appointment. After each session, you will be provided with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.
Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual insurance plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask:
- Do my benefits include out-of-network mental health services?
- What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
- Do I have an out-of-network deductible
- What documentation is required for reimbursement?
While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services through their insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged a late cancellation fee of $100.
This policy allows us to reserve time specifically for each client and offer available appointments to others who may be waiting for care.
Utah Based Virtual Therapy
As a virtual clinic, we’re unable to handle emergency situations.
If you are in crisis, please call 988 for the mental health support line, 911 or attend your nearest emergency department.
